Home And Community Care (HACC)
This program delivers social support through Centre Based Care to clients
residing in the Local Government areas of Charles Sturt,
Transport to and from the Centre is provided to clients and a two course nutritional meal is a focal point of the program.
Staff and volunteers coordinate a wide range of activities, outings,
day-themes and events to stimulate the diverse social needs and interests
of the HACC client group.
